1. Acceptance
These Terms of Use apply when you access froppy.ai, browse its product directory, follow its links, subscribe to Froppy-wide updates, or use its contact services. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or submit its forms.
If you use the site for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to act for that organisation. Nothing in these terms removes rights or consumer guarantees that applicable law does not allow you to waive.
2. Site purpose
Froppy.ai is the public home of Froppy. It presents current and possible future software products, information about what we make, Froppy-wide update signup, and a way to contact support. Product listings, screenshots, status labels, and descriptions are informational and may change as products develop.
This brand site does not provide public customer accounts, sell subscriptions, process payments, or itself license the software shown in a product listing. A listing is not a promise that a product will launch, remain available, include a particular feature, or be suitable for a particular use.
3. Product-specific terms
A Froppy product may publish separate terms, licence conditions, privacy notices, purchase terms, or community rules. Those product-specific terms govern your installation, account, purchase, or use of that product. If product-specific terms directly conflict with these terms about the product, the product-specific terms take priority for that product only.
These terms continue to govern froppy.ai, its brand-wide update list, and its contact services. A product-specific subscription does not become a Froppy-wide subscription unless you separately give the brand-wide consent requested on this site.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use froppy.ai to:
- break the law or encourage unlawful conduct;
- threaten, harass, impersonate, defraud, or infringe another person's rights;
- submit malicious code, harmful links, unlawful content, or material you do not have the right to send;
- probe, bypass, disable, or interfere with authentication, rate limits, security, availability, or database protections;
- use automated requests in a way that overloads the service, abuses public forms, scrapes personal information, or ignores access controls; or
- misrepresent a product listing, Froppy communication, or your relationship with Froppy.
Froppy may reject a submission, restrict access, or preserve evidence where reasonably needed to protect the site, its users, or another person.
5. Messages and feedback
You keep ownership of content you send through a contact form. You give Froppy a limited, non-exclusive permission to store, copy, review, route, and communicate that content as needed to respond, provide support, operate the service, protect users, and comply with law. This permission lasts only while those purposes and reasonable record-keeping needs continue.
Suggestions and general feedback may be considered and used to improve Froppy without a promise to implement, credit, or pay for them. Do not submit confidential business information, passwords, payment card details, or material that you are not authorised to share.
6. Intellectual property
The Froppy name, brand assets, site design, original text, images, and software made available through the site are owned by or licensed to Froppy and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms give you a limited permission to access and use the public site for its intended purpose. They do not transfer ownership or grant a licence to copy, sell, publish, or create misleading derivatives of Froppy materials.
Third-party names, marks, code, and assets remain the property of their respective owners. Any product software is licensed under the terms presented with that product, not under this website-use permission.
7. Products and external links
Froppy.ai links to product subdomains and may link to third-party websites or services. A link helps you navigate; it is not a guarantee that the destination is always available, secure, accurate, or endorsed. The destination's own terms and privacy notice apply when you use it.
Froppy is not responsible for changes made by an independent external service. Check a destination and its policies before downloading software, creating an account, making a purchase, or providing information.
8. Availability and changes
Froppy may add, change, pause, or remove site content, forms, links, product listings, and features. Maintenance, provider incidents, security events, or ordinary development may interrupt access. Unless product-specific terms say otherwise, Froppy does not promise a service level, support response time, release date, or permanent availability for this public site.
Froppy may correct errors and update product status without notice. Where practical, accepted support messages remain accepted even if a later notification email fails.
9. Disclaimers
Froppy aims to keep the site useful and accurate, but the public site and its informational content are provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, Froppy does not promise that every description is complete, that access will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that a listed product will meet your requirements.
You are responsible for evaluating product information and taking reasonable security precautions before following external links or installing software. Product-specific warranties, if any, appear in the terms supplied with that product.
10. Limits of liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights. Subject to those rights, Froppy is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of this free informational site, an unavailable service, reliance on an early product listing, or an independent external destination.
Where Froppy is legally responsible for loss, responsibility is limited to loss that was a reasonably foreseeable result of the relevant breach. These limitations do not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct, or another category that applicable law does not permit Froppy to limit.
11. Privacy and email choices
The Privacy Policy explains how Froppy handles update subscriptions, support messages, operational data, and privacy requests. Marketing consent is scoped to the choice shown at signup and can be withdrawn. Sending a support message does not enrol you in marketing.
12. Applicable law and disputes
No contractual choice of jurisdiction is stated in this first release. The laws and courts that apply will be determined by the circumstances and any mandatory rules that protect you. Nothing in these terms asks you to give up a right to bring a claim in a forum that applicable law requires to remain available.
Before starting formal proceedings, please contact Froppy with a clear description of the issue so there is a reasonable opportunity to resolve it informally. This does not shorten or replace any legal time limit or mandatory dispute process.
13. Changes, history, and contact
Froppy may update these terms to reflect site, product, provider, or legal changes. The updated terms apply from the effective date shown at the top. If a change materially affects an existing service and additional notice is required, Froppy will provide that notice through an appropriate channel.
